


Course Booking and Confirmation
Course numbers
The costs outlined in the course confirmation and proposal is for the minimum course numbers specified. Courses may be completed with less than the minimum number of participants however minimum course costs will be based on the minimum numbers specified on the course confirmation.
Course Cancellation
Cancellation of a course must be received by the Emcare Office in writing, with more than 10 working days notice. In general, no refund will be provided where less than 10 working days notice is given, however this is up to the discretion of Emcare Services Ltd management.
Course Transfer
Transfer of a course to an alternative date must be received by the Emcare Office in writing, with more than 10 working days notice. Less than 10 working days may be given, however costs may be incurred for charges associated with travel, accommodation, tutor expenses, and other course related expenses. A course transfer fee may apply. If the course is subsequently cancelled either prior to or after the intended transfer date cancellation fees will apply.
Course Payment
Course costs are to be paid prior to course attendance.
Certificates for course applicants will be provided upon completion of the course and after receipt of course payments.
