All sensitive information is encrypted with the 3DES protocol, using financial Hardware Security Modules. Emcare does not store credit card information on the website.

NZRC CORE Quiz Resits
NZRC Quiz resits will incur a fee of $61.59 + GST  per attempt. This fee covers your exam paper and administration. This needs to take place within 6 weeks of the original course delivery date.

Historical Hard Copy Emcare Certificate Replacement
Emcare now provides e-certificates for non-NZRC courses (as of August 2018) which are issued via email following successful completion of your course. If you have lost the email containing your certificate, please notify us and we can re-send it.
If an official NZRC CORE Advanced or CORE Immediate Adult & Child certificate requires replacement due to being damaged or misplaced the participant is advised to contact the NZRC directly to discuss the replacement process. This is because each NZRC certificate has a unique serial number and replacements can only be issued by the NZRC directly .

Refund Policy
We stand behind the products we sell, so if you have any problems with one of our products at the time you receive it, please email us or phone and let us know. We’ll work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction be that through repair, replacement or refund. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 to provide a remedy.

Delivery
Every effort is made to send out goods as soon as possible following receipt of your order. If, however, circumstances prevent that, we will inform you of the reason for delay, and provide an estimate of when your goods will arrive. We use either NZ Post or NZ Couriers for delivery within New Zealand on items less than 25kgs. Please discuss options with us for items over 25kgs. For larger items there may be an extra charge over and above our standard delivery charge due the bulk of these items. It is very important to record any damages to the package, in the docket at the time you receive it in order to claim damage. If you do not receive your purchase within the scheduled delivery time, please let us know, so we can contact NZ Post to get detailed information about the delivery status.
